I must say, the cover recipe which drew me to this book is not even included. It looks more like a meatball recipe; potentially, it's the filling part. However, the recipe doesn't tell you how to make the pastry part.There are other recipes which just seem like a regular cookbook, not a freezer specific one.
The book does give a good introduction to freezer cooking though.

I was quite disappointed that the recipe for perogies was, in fact a recipe for meatballs instead. The perogie recipe was nowhere to be found.
This is my 2nd freezer book and I love them both. Nothing overly complicated or unusual. Can't wait to try these with my family and friends.
I just got this book and read the recipes looking for the ones I would be interested in trying. I have to say they all sound pretty good. There will be some trial runs going on in my kitchen until I get through them all. I have to point out that the Pierogie recipe is incomplete. When you correct that could you send me the updated copy?
Very simple instructions for great meals. Detailed information on how to keep up with the process of cooking and freezer preserving.
Better luck finding better freezer recipes on pinterest.com...this might be better suited for a complete novice but any seasoned cook would rather not waste time with this collection.
The recipes on here sounds amazing and a few of them are perfect for freezing but the dinners seem to take a lot of effort for just a freezer meal. Why go through all the work of cooking in a crock pot for hours just to stick them in a bag to freeze? Makes more sense to just eat them. They sound great but I wouldn't consider them "freezer" meals.
I have always done a lot of freezing. This book gave me tips on things I didn't know or had forgotten. It helps with saving money in the long run. And freezing meals saves on time. I recommend this book.
